Michael W. Jones takes over today as the author of the BestBizWare blog, part of the Know More Media network of business information blogs. Michael has spent over thirty years in the business of business software. He has been a coder, a technical writer, a QA tester, a project manager, and a program manager, in addition to experience as a founder and CEO of technology companies, each of which was involved in the production of business software and systems.

Michael will bring this expertise and experience to bear on the full business software spectrum. He will write about software at all levels of business, from database software for the enterprise to individual productivity software for the desktop, from the most expensive proprietary systems to free Open Source solutions, from the IT department to marketing, order entry, customer support, and everywhere else across the corporate landscape.
This is not intended to be a one-way conversation. You are encouraged to tell us about your favorite solutions, your biggest problems, and your greatest successes. You are encouraged to share your experiences with us and with our audiences. You are encouraged to ask questions that Michael, or our readers, may be able to answer. Michael expects this to be a fun and informative ride. He would love to have you come along for the journey.
Before he starts on the best products of today, Michael is going to take you on a short tour through the history of business software, starting in the next installment of Best BizWare.
Looking forward to reading Michael's new articles, certainly sounds like he knows his stuff.
