Business and enterprise software, and other applications that help a business run

We all have a lot of things to do with not a lot time to do it.  Here are some great keyboard shortcuts that I use in Firefox.

Firefox Shortcuts

I use "+" to show what keys to press at the same time.

Mac users please use the command key instead of control.

Control + l - Jump to the Navigation Toolbar (Remember the "L" for what web site location you want to go to.

Control + k - jump to the Search Toolbar (Firefox defaults to Google)

Control + t - Create a new tab window

Control + n - Create a new Firefox window

Control + w - Close tab window or regular window

Control + 1 - View tab window #1, you can use this for tab window # 1-9

Control + left arrow - Go back or to previous web site

Control + right arrow - Go forward

Control + R - reload current web page

End key -  Goes to the bottom of web page

Home key - Goes to top of web page

Hold option key and click a URL - opens web site a new window or tab

Control + j - opens download window

Control + shift + h - opens history
