Business and enterprise software, and other applications that help a business run

There are a lot Google services that are very useful to Enterprise and small business owners.  The Google service that I use the most is Gmail, Google's web email service.  I actually use Gmail more than I use Google's search engine service.

I strongly recommend Gmail to all clients.  Gmail comes with 2.7 GB of storage space for your email documents and a lot of bells and whistles.  With my primary account I have 3750 email documents which only takes up 5% of my total allocated Gmail space.  Gmail has the best SPAM filter I've seen with an email client.  I have yet to see a legit email land in the junk mail folder.  Like the regular Google search engine, Gmail's search is fast and accurate.  Gmail indexes every word in your emails, which makes it very responsive when you need to find an important email quickly.

Gmail has recently added a chat and talk service, contact photos, RSS Feeds and Gmail for your mobile phone.  The chat service works really well when you want to instant message another user for a quick response.  The talk service work like Skype, where you can make free calls to other Gmail users.  Contact photos let you assign pictures to users in your contact list, could be useful if you have remember faces better than names.  RSS feeds allows you to view various news feeds while you read your email, surprisingly very useful to stay up to date.
